For wholesale large orders, our typical turnaround time ranges from 24 to 48 hours. In the case of online arbitrage, the standard schedule is weekly, unless you are a high-volume client processing 1,000+ units per month, in which case we can accommodate more frequent shipments.
We will promptly update your inventory sheet when we ship the items we have on hand. Additionally, you can cross-reference the tracking sheet to ensure that your order has been received before the update.
Our oversize criteria align with the size and weight standards employed by Amazon in its FBA program. Specifically, individual units surpassing 18 inches in length on the longest side or exceeding 20 pounds in weight will incur oversize charges. Additionally, cartons with any side measuring more than 25 inches or weighing more than 50 pounds will be categorized as oversized.
